What is your return policy for opened items?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that opened software, headphones, and mouthpieces are non-returnable due to copyright and hygiene regulations.
Do you offer financing options for high-end gear?
We do. At checkout, you can select from various monthly installment plans through our partners, allowing you to play now and pay over time.
How can I track my package once it has shipped?
